TERMS & CONDITION

1. The goods are of the specific purpose and should be used other than what is mentioned in product description.
2. Handling of goods should do with care and should be used as per description mentioned with each product.
3. The goods are not for human consumption and should be kept away from children.
4. The goods are of organic in nature and may change colour or have some odor.

RETURN POLICY

1. No return if product is opened or partially used.
2. Return if package is damaged or pilfered
3. To place return the buyer has to send email with cause within 5 days of receiving the order.
4. The return should be made in original package with bill as per logistic partner requirement.

REFUND POLICY

1. Refund will be initiated once product is returned from customer
2. Refund will be done to same payment mode / account of the customer from which purchase was made
3. Minimum time required to complete the refund is 5-7 days after the return of product is complete.

SHIPPING POLICY

1. The company here decides the logistics partner to do the shipping.
2. In most cases unless declared while purchase; the shipping is free.
3. In case of unavailability of the recipient, shipping partner will try twice to deliver the goods.
4. The delivery box has to be sealed and not damaged while receiving the package.
