TERMS & CONDITION
- The goods are of the specific purpose and should be used other than what is mentioned in product description.
- Handling of goods should do with care and should be used as per description mentioned with each product.
- The goods are not for human consumption and should be kept away from children.
- The goods are of organic in nature and may change colour or have some odor.
RETURN POLICY
- No return if product is opened or partially used.
- Return if package is damaged or pilfered
- To place return the buyer has to send email with cause within 5 days of receiving the order.
- The return should be made in original package with bill as per logistic partner requirement.
REFUND POLICY
- Refund will be initiated once product is returned from customer
- Refund will be done to same payment mode / account of the customer from which purchase was made
- Minimum time required to complete the refund is 5-7 days after the return of product is complete.
SHIPPING POLICY
- The company here decides the logistics partner to do the shipping.
- In most cases unless declared while purchase; the shipping is free.
- In case of unavailability of the recipient, shipping partner will try twice to deliver the goods.
- The delivery box has to be sealed and not damaged while receiving the package.
